When looking for a stylish and durable WPC balustrade that can separate your garden our anthracite grey composite balustrades have it all. Hard wearing, UV protected and maintenance free, these grey balustrades complement all our capped decking ranges.

Whether framing your decking area or adding a railing for stairs our composite hand rails are built with safety in mind for families and pets. Splinter free and offering resilience to any weather, our hand rails can be cut to size and used in any residential or commercial environment.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all products within 1 – 3 days working days. The cut off time for processing orders is 11:00am Monday – Friday.

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday.

Once an order has been placed, dispatched or ready for collection you will be notified.

Collection – The customer must take into account the size of the order and use an appropriate vehicle when collecting from our warehouse. Manual loading and securing loads is the responsibility of the customer.

Palletised Deliveries/3m+ Lengths – Deliveries are kerbside only. It is the customers responsibility to provide help offloading products when being delivered. We strongly advise to wear PPE where applicable.

Accepting Delivery – The customer must be present to sign the delivery note. Any signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces must be stated on the delivery note or the customer must refuse delivery and contact us within 12 hours. Photographic evidence will be taken by our driver. A signed delivery note without notations represents acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
